Preperations and booking
Is the quote approved? Then it is time to make the reservation with us. The booking form has been added to your quote. We will then take care of the transportation for you. Throughout the entire process, we will provide you with the necessary information.

The journey
We kindly request that you email us all necessary documents for verification. After receiving your pet, it will be placed in our facility or directly transported to the airport for departure. The aircraft captain will be informed of the accompanying animals. The space where your pet will stay during the flight is heated and ventilated. Your pet will be left undisturbed during the flight. The sound of the engine in the cargo area is the same as in the passenger section. Most animals rest or sleep during the flight.
Pick-up of your pet at the destination of arrival
Please ensure that you are well-informed about the procedures applicable at the destination airport. This may include processes with the airline, handler, customs, and veterinary services. If desired, we can also assist you with this through our partners.
