agreement ’, namely: the assignment agreement as concluded between the customer and ATF. In the event that
no contract of engagement has yet been concluded between the parties, but the conclusion thereof is in line

financial documents and invoices are kept for the legal term of 7 years.

ATF will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of
the assignment agreement, or to comply with a legal obligation. ATF has
processor agreements concluded with all processors of personal data to which this

Because we conduct a lot of electronic communication and then store your data on our computers
